Connecting Zopim

We're currently doing some private testing on our Zopim integration. Want to be a part of it? Get in touch with us.

Connecting your Zopim data to Stitch is incredibly easy - all you need to do is:

  1. Authenticate with Zopim
  2. Define the Replication Frequency

Before you get started, pause any ad-blocking software you are currently using. Because Zopim authentication may use pop ups, you may encounter issues if ad blockers aren't disabled during the setup.

Authenticating with Zopim

  1. From the Stitch Dashboard page, click the Add an Integration button.
  2. Click the Zopim icon. This will open the Zopim credentials page.
  3. Enter a name for the integration. This is the name that will display on the Stitch dashboard for the integration; it’ll also be used to create the schema in your data warehouse.

For example, the name “Stitch Zopim” would create a schema called stitch_zopim in the data warehouse.
  4. Click the Save Integration button. You’ll be directed to Zopim’s website to complete the setup.
  5. Enter the credentials of the Zopim account you want to connect to Stitch.
  6. Click Login.
  7. After your credentials are validated, you’ll be directed back to Stitch.

Defining the Replication Frequency

After you successfully save the Zopim integration, you should review the Replication Frequency. This setting determines how often Stitch will attempt to replicate data from Zopim. The default setting is every 30 minutes, but you can change it to better suit your needs.

You can change the frequency at any time by clicking on the integration on the Stitch dashboard page and then clicking the Integration Settings button.

Now you can sit back and relax while Stitch replicates your Zopim data to your data warehouse.
