Connecting AdRoll

We're still doing some private testing on our AdRoll integration. If you're interested in helping us test, please reach out to support.

Connecting your AdRoll data to Stitch a three-step process:

  1. Create an AdRoll user for Stitch
  2. Enter the Stitch AdRoll user’s credentials into Stitch
  3. Define the Replication Frequency

Creating an AdRoll User for Stitch

While you can use your own credentials to connect AdRoll to Stitch, we recommend creating a separate user for us. This will make it easier for you to manage users and audit events in your AdRoll account.

We require a General User role - which is the default - to be able to replicate your AdRoll data. Note that Stitch does not need billing access. If you need help creating an AdRoll user, you can find instructions here in AdRoll’s support docs.

Entering the Stitch AdRoll User’s Credentials into Stitch

  1. From the Stitch Dashboard page, click the Add an Integration button.
  2. Click the AdRoll icon. This will open the AdRoll credentials page.
  3. Enter a name for the integration. This is the name that will display on the Stitch dashboard for the integration; it’ll also be used to create the schema in your data warehouse.

For example, the name “Stitch AdRoll” would create a schema called stitch_adroll in the data warehouse.
  4. Enter the email address and username for the Stitch AdRoll user.

Defining the Replication Frequency

The Replication Frequency setting determines how often Stitch will attempt to replicate data from AdRoll. By default the Replication Frequency is set to 30 minutes, but you can change the interval to better suit your needs.

You can also update this setting at any time in the Integration Settings page.

When finished, click the Save Integration button.

If the connection is successful, a Success! message will display at the top of the page. Now you can sit back and relax while Stitch replicates your AdRoll data to your data warehouse.
