Connecting QuickBooks

To connect QuickBooks to Stitch, you'll need to:

  1. Add QuickBooks as a data source in Stitch
  2. Grant Stitch access to your QuickBooks data
  3. Define the Replication Frequency

Adding QuickBooks as a Data Source in Stitch

  1. On the Stitch Dashboard page, click the Add an Integration button.
  2. Click the QuickBooks icon. This will display the QuickBooks credentials page.
  3. Enter a name for the integration. This is the name that will display on the Stitch dashboard for the integration; it’ll also be used to create the schema in your data warehouse.

For example, the name “Stitch QuickBooks” would create a schema called stitch_quickbooks in the data warehouse.
  4. Click the Save Integration button.

Granting Stitch Access to Your QuickBooks Data

After clicking the Save Integration button, you'll be asked to sign into your Intuit account and authorize the connection.

Click the Authorize button.

The connection may take a few minutes to complete, so be patient. You'll be redirected back to Stitch after the process finishes.

Defining the Replication Frequency

The replication frequency setting determines how often Stitch will attempt to replicate data from QuickBooks. By default the replication frequency is set to 30 minutes, but you can change the interval to better suit your needs.

You can change this setting at any time by clicking into the integration from the dashboard and then clicking the Integration Settings button.
